QAdvice BV is a Belgian consultancy specialising in test automation, with registered office at Eetveldstraat 17, 1980 Eppegem. We are responsible for the processing of personal data via this website.

2. What data do we collect?

The following data may be submitted via the contact form on this website:

• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• The content of your message

We do not collect data via cookies, tracking pixels or other passive means. No analytical or advertising cookies are placed.

3. Why do we process your data?

Your data is used solely to respond to your question or application. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent at the time of submission (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. How long do we keep your data?

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to answer your question and follow up where relevant, and is deleted afterwards. We do not keep data longer than two years after the last contact.

5. Do we share your data?

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties, with the exception of the service provider that technically processes our contact form (FormSubmit or equivalent). This processor acts solely on behalf of QAdvice and in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• object to the processing
• withdraw your consent

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

This privacy policy may be amended. The most recent version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
